The Bengali actor and comedian of Hindi and Bengali film industry, Asit Kumar Sen was born on 13 th May, 1971 in Gorakhpur to Motilal and Anupama Sen. He was married to Rama Sen and has three children. He died on 18 th Sept, 1993. He used to play the character roles and had a thin voice which apealed his comic timings. He started his career with the film Chhota Bhai but his notable project was Bees Saal Baad. His well noted Bengali films are Amanush, Anusandhan and Ananda Ashram and hindi films like Purab Aur Paschim, Amar Prem, Balika Badhu etc.
